ClawBridge Agency provides custom AI agent deployment, integration, and maintenance services. All agents are built on OpenClaw and deployed on client infrastructure.
Setup fees are due upon project kickoff. Monthly retainers are billed in advance. Additional sub-agents and channels are billed per the pricing schedule provided during onboarding.
We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee on setup fees. If you're not satisfied with the initial setup, we will refund the setup fee in full. Monthly retainers are non-refundable after the first billing cycle.
Clients are responsible for providing access to necessary systems, timely feedback during build phases, and maintaining their own infrastructure.
All client data remains the property of the client. AI agents run on client infrastructure. ClawBridge does not retain copies of client data after project completion.
ClawBridge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, ClawBridge will assist with transition and remove all access credentials.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the client operates.
